Quotations, not published rates
Nothing on this site is a quotation or a contractual offer. All work is quoted individually by enquiry after we have seen photos and details of the vehicle and damage.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information and photos supplied. If the damage on inspection differs materially, we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed a date in writing.
Carrying out the work
Mobile work requires safe, legal access to the vehicle and suitable conditions; severe weather or unsuitable sites may require rescheduling. Repairs are cosmetic. Colour matching aims for the closest achievable match to the vehicle's current finish, which may differ from factory paint due to age and weathering.
Payment
Invoices are issued by email on completion and payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
Liability
We are fully insured and take responsibility for loss or damage caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
