Mobile repair for dealerships, fleets and rental

Scheduled on-site visits that keep stock retail-ready and vehicles on the road, without moving anything off your premises.

Forecourt and retail preparation

Cars sell on their photographs, and kerbed alloys and scuffed bumpers show up badly on a listing. We work through stock on the pitch — wheels first, then localised paint — so vehicles can be photographed and advertised without waiting on a body shop slot or a transporter.

Batch visits and scheduling

For sites with regular volume we agree a recurring visit — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — and you build a list between visits. That is far more efficient than single call-outs and makes the workload predictable at both ends. Where volume is high, we plan multi-day visits and prioritise anything with a handover date.

Sign-off with photographs

Every vehicle is photographed before and after and signed off digitally on site against its registration. Trade customers use this to evidence condition on de-fleet, to settle disputes about who caused damage, and to file against a stock record. Nothing is invoiced that has not been signed off.

Invoicing and trade accounts

Trade accounts are straightforward: we agree scope and rates by enquiry, work is authorised per vehicle or per list, and invoices go out by email consolidated for the visit or the month, referenced by registration. If your business needs a purchase-order reference on each line, we will carry it through.

Monthly reporting

Fleet and rental customers get a simple monthly summary: vehicles attended, work carried out per registration, and the photo record. It is deliberately plain — enough to reconcile spend and spot the depots or drivers generating repeat damage, without a portal to log into.

De-fleet and lease return

Vehicles coming off contract are inspected against fair wear and tear standards, and wheels and light paint damage are usually the two biggest recharge items. Tidying them before collection is typically far cheaper than the charge that follows. See our lease return preparation page for how that process works.
